ChangiAssure policies are underwritten by HL Assurance Pte. Ltd. (“HLA”). Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd (“CTS”) has been authorized by HLA to process claims pertaining to ChangiAssure policies (“Claims”) at the Changi Recommends counters located at Singapore Changi Airport. CTS is only authorized to process the specific types of Claims and the maximum amount under such Claims as set out in the table below:
